All orders ship from the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Processing

Once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, your order enters processing immediately. Our team verifies and packs your order within 24 hours on business days.

You will receive a confirmation with your Order ID as soon as your order is placed. Tracking information is provided by email once your package ships.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST Friday will begin processing the next business day (Monday).

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no brand names, logos, or product descriptions visible on the outside.

We understand privacy matters. Your package will arrive like any standard parcel — no one will know what's inside.

An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery in compliance with state regulations.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. Please provide a full residential or business street address at checkout.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand to Canada in the near future.

How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your package in real time.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@cloudriftco.com with your Order ID and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible with your Order ID and new address.
Do you ship to Canada?
We currently ship within the USA only. Canadian shipping is on our roadmap — follow us or check back soon for updates.
Why was my order delayed?
Delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier backlogs, or weather conditions. If your order is more than 2 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team.
